​Frances has always had a natural talent for branding and marketing, and has over 12 years’ experience of creating propositions, strategies and brands which get better results for her clients. She’s worked in 11 different industries, managed multidisciplinary global teams, and has worked on award-winning projects which successfully launched some of the world’s best known brands.

Frances specialises in carrying out high quality research and analysis which delivers the insights that underpin a successful organisation. In particular, she loves getting a deep understanding of a target audience’s needs and wants. From there, she uses this knowledge to develop ground-breaking propositions, positioning strategies and communications which deliver better results for her clients in the most resourceful way.

Frances’ clients often say she’s like a detective (minus the magnifying glass), and are sometimes shocked at how quickly she picks up on quick wins and areas for improvement which deliver long-term results. But above all else, she’s always complimented for her dedication and passion for her projects, doing whatever she can to help clients get the most from what they have.

​​Dan started his career in finance, training as a Chartered Certified Accountant, where he helped a wide range of clients in different industries. He then moved into strategy, focusing on making sure that organisations had the best strategies and plans in place to help them take advantage of the right opportunities. This included through having a brand which resonated with the target audience.

Dan’s passion is helping his clients to execute their strategies in the most effective and efficient way, whilst making sure that everything they do is consistent and aligned with their brand. He focuses on developing effective touchpoints, powerful communications and streamlined internal operations which always give the end user what they want.

People who know Dan say he always (and we mean always) says what he thinks  and that he’ll do whatever he can to achieve a goal (the word “competitive” gets used sometimes...). He’s happiest when he’s coming up with new ideas and designing strategies which are innovative but practical. It doesn’t hurt if he can fit a gym session and some good food into his day as well…
